Outside my window...
Is Rain, a police car, trees trying to bloom and one hopes spring.

I am thankful for...
For many things this list could go on forever but today I am most thankful for "Skype" yes I know that is weird but everytime I see C Monster talk to my mom and dad over Skype and how he interacts with them I can't help but be thankful. If it was not for all this technology I am sure C monster would barely know his grandparents

From the learning rooms...(if this applies) Puzzles lots an lots of puzzles

From the kitchen... Today I just threw a vegetable soup together with all the veggies in the fridge: peas, carrots, celery, onion. I added some beans and pasta. Even tossed in some old pasta sauce that needed to be eaten. Spiced it up with marjoram, chives and summer savory. - it ended up turning into a great minestrone soup.

Nothing - I just finished my sons frog now working on deciding the next task

To my LLLC meeting tonight

I am reading...
Mothering your nursing toddler - this is a must for anyone who wants to nurse past the age of one - it really gives the support that is sometimes oh so hard to find.

I am hoping...
That my husband gets home soon

I am hearing...
My neighbors child cry and my son laughing - such an odd contrast (he is not laughing at the crying but at his annoying toy that also makes laughing noises)

Around the house...
Too much laundry

A few plans for the rest of the week: Going to the Science Center, seeing grandmama and going to the sugar shack
